The Project‍ ‍
The Literacy & Justice for All Symposium is an annual gathering bringing together educators, practitioners, and community members interested in supporting advancing literacy levels of all readers.

During this Project
Yareli was serving as the Coalition Programs & Outreach manager at the OLC. This was her second year as lead project manager overseeing all event logistics. This was the second year Yareli managed the symposium and grew attendance from 400 participants to 600+ attendees. This was also the first time Yareli managed, researched, and booked the two featured keynote speakers, something she is incredibly proud of. She also served as MC for both days of the conference and wrote the copy. Running this conference two years in a row with a proven record of growth is something Yareli is incredibly proud of.
